That's not an error page, that's was happens when a submission gets blammed.

Blamming happens when a submission receives a low score during judgement. It is a community vote, so games are not randomly removed unless it is rule-breaking.

Did you upload a test? Usually tests don't do so well during judgement especially if the core game mechanics are not implemented yet. I would suggest to upload a game demo when you get the core game concept and mechanics working for better chances of passing judgement.

@WolfyRed when I said "test" I meant a test upload. Or did you upload a fully functioning demo of a flash game?

Because test uploads are not welcome in the portal most of the time.
